Camera Cuts

I found a tutorial on camera cuts on the old alias website (aliaswavefront) but now that they've shoved on a new site, the tutorial is all but gone.

Does anyone know anywhere i can get a tut for camera cuts in maya? I found a few expressions but they're not good enough for that part.
